In The Goods of Elizabeth Pinckard
Deceased. }In the Consistory Court
of Peterborough.
On the 24th day of October1851,
Insert the Names, Appeared personally Richard Pinckard of
Residences, Titles, Daventry in the county of
Or professions of Northampton Labourer, late The Persons making Husband, and ----------------------
The Affidavit. --------------------------- the Part applying
For Letters of Administration of the Estate and Effects of the said
Elizabeth Pinckard---------- late of
Daventry aforesaid, his late wife
----------------------------Intestate deceased,
and made oath, that the said Deceased died on or about the third -
----------day of October in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and fifty one, -------- and that the
Estate and Effects of the said Deceased, which she any way died possessed
Of or entitled to, and for or in respect of which the said Letters of
Administration are to be granted, exclusive of what the said Deceased may
Have been possessed of or entitled to as a trustee, for any other Person or
Persons, and not beneficially -------------------------------

and without deducting any Thing on Account of the Debts due and owing
from the said Deceased, are under the value of twenty ------
------------------ Pounds to the best of this Deponent's
Knowledge, Information, and Belief. And that the said
Deceased was not possessed of or entitled
to any leasehold estates for years, either
absolute or determinable on lives, to the
best of this deponent's knowledge,
information and belief.______

bounden Richard Pinckard ---------------------
was sworn well and faithfully to administer the Goods, Chattels, and credits of the
within-named Elizabeth Pinckard his late
wife---------------------------------- intestate Deceased,
according to law : And that the said Deceased at the time of her death (which
happened on the third day of October 1851), was not possessed
of Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the value of twenty pounds
